Welcome to WooJoo S&T. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the concierge, administrative, and support services (collectively, the "Services") we provide. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of WooJoo S&T (the "Company") and the user ("Client") in connection with the use of the Services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Scope of Services and Important Notice)

The Company provides expert administrative consulting, project management, and concierge services. For services requiring licensed professional counsel (e.g., visa applications), the Company acts as a facilitator, connecting the Client with independent, licensed professionals. All legal advice is provided directly by said professionals.

Article 3 (Service Plans and Payment)

The Company offers services through one-time packages ("Business Trip") and subscription-based retainers ("Executive," "Enterprise"). Fees for each plan are as specified on our website. All third-party costs (e.g., government fees, partner legal fees) are the responsibility of the Client and will be billed separately.

Article 4 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refund Policy)

1. One-Time Packages ("Business Trip"): In accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that the service has not commenced. If the service has commenced, the package is non-refundable.
2. Subscription Retainers ("Executive," "Enterprise"): You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you are entitled to a refund for any prepaid, unused hours. The refund will be calculated based on the discounted hourly rate applicable to your specific plan, and processed within three (3) business days of your request.
3. Purchase Safety: For large custom projects, an escrow service may be used upon mutual agreement to ensure the security of the transaction for both parties.

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The company does not guarantee the outcome of any government application.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

Article 7 (Modification of Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws. In the event of an amendment, the effective date and reason for the amendment will be specified and announced on the website at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date.
