Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is WooJoo S&T?
WooJoo S&T is a premier corporate concierge and administrative support firm based in Seoul. We specialize in helping foreign professionals, entrepreneurs, and their families navigate the complexities of living and doing business in South Korea. We are not a law firm, but we act as expert project managers and cultural liaisons to make your life easier.
2. How do your pricing plans work?
We offer three main plans:
- Business Package: This is a one-time purchase of 10 service hours, perfect for short-term visitors or those needing help with a specific, immediate project.
- Executive & Enterprise Retainers: These are monthly or yearly subscription plans that provide a set number of service hours at a significant discount. They are designed for clients who require ongoing support.
3. What is the benefit of a retainer plan versus the one-time Business package?
Our retainer clients (Executive and Enterprise) receive priority service and the best value. You get a dedicated point of contact and a substantial discount on our standard hourly rates. The retainer model ensures we are always available to support your ongoing needs, from visa renewals to daily administrative tasks.
4. Are my unused hours refundable?
Yes. We believe in fairness and transparency. For our Executive and Enterprise retainer plans, any unused hours you have paid for are fully refundable at any time, calculated at the plan's discounted hourly rate. We want you to feel secure in your investment with us.
5. Are you a law firm? Can you give me legal advice?
No, WooJoo S&T is not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. This is a critical distinction. Our role is that of an expert administrative consultant and project manager. For services requiring legal or licensed administrative work (such as visa applications), we work with our network of trusted, independent, licensed Korean immigration lawyers and administrative attorneys. We facilitate the process, manage communication, and handle the paperwork, but all legal counsel comes directly from our licensed partners.
6. How do you handle my personal and sensitive information?
Protecting your data is our highest priority. We operate in strict compliance with South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We use secure systems, obtain explicit consent before sharing any information with our partners (like legal counsel), and have strict data handling and destruction policies. Please see our full Privacy Policy for details.
7. What if I need a service that isn't listed in your plans?
We pride ourselves on our flexibility. If you need a specific service that isn't listed, please reach out to us through our contact form. We are happy to provide a custom quote for a la carte services tailored to your unique requirements.
