WooJoo S&T ("Company") highly values the personal information of its users ("Clients") and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea. This Privacy Policy informs you of the purpose and use of the personal information provided by you and the measures taken by the Company to protect it.
Article 1 (Personal Information We Collect and Purpose of Use)
The Company collects the following personal information for the purposes specified below. We will obtain prior consent before collecting any information beyond the scope outlined.

Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
In principle, the Company destroys the personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. However, the following information is retained for the specified period for the reasons below:
- Records on contracts or subscription withdrawal: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Information collected for one-time services: Retained until the completion of the service, then immediately destroyed, unless required by other laws.
Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company shall use the personal information of Clients within the scope specified in Article 1 and shall not use it beyond that scope or provide it to third parties without the prior consent of the Client. Exceptions are made in the following cases:
- When the Client has given prior consent.
- When required by law or for investigation purposes by an investigative agency according to the procedures and methods prescribed by law.
- When providing information to licensed professional partners (e.g., immigration lawyers) for the purpose of fulfilling the service requested by the Client. In such cases, the Client will be notified in advance and must provide consent.
Article 4 (Destruction of Personal Information)
In principle, the Company destroys the personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows:
- Procedure: Information is transferred to a separate database (or a separate document box for paper) and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws before being destroyed.
- Method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that makes the records irreproducible. Personal information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.
Article 5 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them)
Clients may view or modify their registered personal information at any time and may request the withdrawal of their consent. To exercise these rights, please contact the Data Protection Officer in writing or by email, and we will take action without delay.
Article 6 (Data Protection Officer)
The Company has designated a Data Protection Officer to handle complaints and inquiries related to personal information.

Article 7 (Duty to Notify)
Any additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy will be announced through a notice on the website at least seven (7) days prior to the revision.
